Lena Haugseth

Lena Haugseth is an experienced professional serving as the Assisterende kommunedirektør and Barnehagesjef at Elverum kommune since October 2021. In addition to this role, Lena has been a Styremedlem and Styreleder at LOS Norge from November 2015 onward. Previous experiences include positions such as Changemaker at Flowit AS from August 2016 to September 2021, Kvalitetssjef at Gnist Barnehager from December 2015 to June 2016, and Organisasjonsrådgiver at FUS as from October 2011 to November 2015. Lena is pursuing a Master of Public Administration at Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences, expected to complete in June 2025, having previously acquired multiple degrees in management and leadership from various institutions including the University of South-Eastern Norway and OsloMet – Oslo Metropolitan University.
