Silje Holmsen

Silje Holmsen is an experienced organizational development professional currently serving as an Organizational Development Specialist at Elvia since January 2020. Prior to this role, Silje held several leadership positions in change project management at Hafslund, including Department Leader for Change Projects from January 2019 to January 2020, and previously at Hafslund E-CO and Hafslund Nett. Silje began a career at Hafslund in November 2008 as an Organizational Development Advisor, contributing to the field for nearly a decade. Educational qualifications include a Master of Management from BI Norwegian Business School, Project Management studies at Oslo and Akershus University College, and a Bachelor in History, English, and Sociology from the University of Oslo.
