Laetitia Charles

Laetitia Charles has extensive experience in dossier management and solvency assessment. Since July 2014, Laetitia has served as the référente for the dossier assembly service at Elyade, overseeing dossier responsibilities, conducting solvency studies for both residential and commercial properties, drafting leases, and managing transaction follow-ups. Prior to this role, Laetitia worked at Omnium Gestion from February 2009 to May 2014 as a chargée de montage de dossier-commercial, where responsibilities included solvency assessment, lease drafting for residential properties, presenting solvency dossiers to property owners, and conducting market studies.
