Rick Taylor, PMP

Rick Taylor, PMP has over 30 years of experience in the technology industry. Rick began their career in 1987 as a Project Manager and Team Lead/Sr. Programmer/Analyst at Systemhouse, working on the Los Angeles County Superior Court ACTS Project and the Los Angeles County Probation Department APS Project. In 1994, they joined EDS Corporation, where they served as Lead Business Analyst for the Corbis Images Account, Team Lead/Implementation Manager for the Weyerhaeuser PBS Project, and Managing Consultant for the Aetna Healthcare and Weyerhaeuser Accounts. In 2001, Rick joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Project Manager, where they managed infrastructure implementation projects for corporate clients, managed multiple, virtual, global, cross-functional teams, developed financial tracking applications, setup high availability sites, initiated the development of a program to automatically generate standard approval e-mails, developed budget management and dashboard management applications, and led projects to replace existing EDI infrastructure. In 2017, Rick joined both Boeing and ELYON International as a Project Manager.

Rick Taylor obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Business Management & Computer Science from Capilano University. In 2005, they were certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute. Rick also holds an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation certification from ITIL Certified.
