Cécile Henry

Cécile Henry has held various roles in their career, beginning in 2004 when they were a Teacher (law, communication, languages) - Référent Europe aux relations internationales at Ecole Nationale Supérieure en Génie des Systèmes et de l'Innovation (ENSGSI). In 2010, they became a Createur et gestionnaire d'entreprise at Entreprise individuelle. From 2013 to 2014, they were an Enseignant de droit et d'économie at Chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie Grand Nancy Métropole - Meurthe-et-Moselle. In 2014, they became an Enseignant at Ecole nationale supérieure d'architecture de Nancy. From 2016 to 2017, they were an Office Manager - Compliance Officer at Regus, a Compliance Advisor at Banque Internationale à Luxembourg (BIL), and a Compliance Officer - Office Manager at LINARI LAW FIRM. In 2017, they co-founded Easy Regulatory (www.easy-regulatory.com), a specialized tool in financial regulatory watch. In 2022, they became the Chief Compliance Officer (MLRO) pour ILIUM (PSAN) - Data Protection Officer at ILIUM. Finally, in 2023, they became the Chief Risk & Compliance Officer & MLRO at Elyps.

Cécile Henry's education history includes a Master Droit, Economie, Gestion from IAE Metz School of Management in the field of Business/Managerial Economics/Law from 2010 to 2013. Cécile then attended the Luxembourg School for Commerce in 2012, taking courses in Gestion et calcul des rémunérations - perfectionnement and Gestion et calcul des rémunérations - débutant.
