Olivier Clement

Olivier Clement, CRHA has a diverse and extensive work experience. Currently, they hold the position of Human Resources Director at ELYSIS™, where they are responsible for establishing and implementing HR systems and policies, talent acquisition, and performance management. Prior to this role, they were a Human Resources Business Partner and People Experience HR Manager at Rio Tinto, where they led operational HR teams and supported special projects and change management. Olivier has also worked as an HR Manager and HR Business Partner at Orica, overseeing HR operations across multiple locations, and as a Senior HR Advisor. Additionally, they have experience as a Business Development Director at Gestion Markam 1 RH, Assistant Director of Labor Relations at Anheuser-Busch InBev, Human Resources Advisor at TFI International Inc., GardaWorld, PACCAR, and as a Human Resources Intern at Bombardier.

Olivier Clement, CRHA, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from the Université de Montréal from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, they pursued a collegial diploma in Business Administration and Management, General from Collège André-Grasset from 2002 to 2004. In their earlier education, Olivier obtained a General Education Diploma (DES) from Collège Jean-Eudes from 1997 to 2002. Additionally, they hold the certification of Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) from the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés, obtained in 2007.
