Patricia Asiatico Eit

Patricia Asiatico, EIT, is a Project Engineer at Ellinwood + Machado, LLC Structural Consulting Engineers since June 2021. Previously, Patricia served as a Graduate Research Assistant at Virginia Tech, where responsibilities included preparing drawings for bridge repair investigations and collaborating with professionals on Additive Friction Stir Deposition (AFSD) projects. Patricia's research experience is further highlighted by roles as an Undergraduate Research Fellow and Undergraduate Researcher, focusing on resilient building design and seismic performance estimation. Additionally, a brief internship with Walter P Moore provided insights into structural design. Patricia holds a Master of Science in Structural Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both from Virginia Tech.
