Adam Chun

Adam Chun has a strong background in cybersecurity and compliance. Adam is currently serving as the Director of Cybersecurity and Compliance at Emagine IT, Inc. Since joining the company in 2012 as a Cybersecurity Consultant, they have conducted various advisory and assessment services related to risk management and information security. Additionally, they have experience as a Systems Administrator, where they established a Service Desk system, facilitated internal corporate service desk tickets, and participated in corporate certifications and audits. Adam has also played a key role in implementing access control systems, facilitating communication and support for Office 365, and managing user accounts.

Adam Chun attended Mount Saint Joseph High School from 2006 to 2010. In 2010, they enrolled at George Mason University, where they pursued a degree in Information Technology with a concentration in Information Security. Adam completed their education at George Mason University in 2015, though the degree obtained is not specified.

In addition to their formal education, Adam Chun also obtained several certifications. In March 2016, they received the Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK) from the CSA. In June 2016, they obtained the Security+ CE certification from CompTIA. In April 2017, they achieved the Certified Authorization Professional (CAP) certification from (ISC)². In September 2019, they obtained the Certified CSF Practitioner (CCSFP) certification from HITRUST. Lastly, in July 2020, they earned the Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE) certification from ISACA.
