Kunj Bihari Swami

Kunj Bihari Swami is an experienced business analyst with a background in financial transaction reporting and compliance. Currently serving as an SFTR Business Analyst at emagine Consulting since April 2019, Kunj focuses on margin and securities lending flows, undertaking gap analysis and data modeling while interpreting SFTR guidelines. Previously, Kunj worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a MIFID II / MIFIR Business Analyst, contributing to market structure and transaction reporting projects for rates and short-end trading. Earlier roles include a business analyst position at Credit Suisse for the CDR Reporting Project, and a lead consultant role at CAPGEMINI, where responsibilities encompassed regulatory reporting for MIFID I and EMIR.
