Jeyagowri Manoharan

Jeyagowri Manoharan is a seasoned professional in instructional design, currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer at Sify Technologies Limited since March 2015, with prior roles as Assistant Manager in the same domain. At Emantras, from November 2006 to the present, Jeyagowri has taken on the role of Team Leader, overseeing team management and task allocation, while also contributing as a Senior Instructional Designer by developing comprehensive design documents and analyzing content through learning theories. Earlier experience includes a tutoring position at TWWI, where K12 teaching materials were developed, and a lecturer role at Ambiga College of Arts and Science, teaching a range of subjects to both undergraduate and postgraduate students.
