Previous roles include technical superintendent at Scorpio India and Suntech Ship Management India, where responsibilities encompassed vessel daily technical matters, dry dock planning, and third-party inspections. Roger's engineering background includes positions as chief engineer at Far East Ship Management Ltd and Darya Shipmanagement Pvt. Ltd, and marine engineer roles at Selandia Ship Management and Qatar Shipping Co SPC, focusing on engine operations and cargo maintenance. Roger holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Datta Meghe College of Engineering, obtained between 1998 and 2002.
