Fiona Ho

Fiona Ho has a diverse work experience in various companies. Fiona started their career as an Account Executive at DDB Group Hong Kong in October 2011 and was promoted to Senior Account Executive in July 2012. Fiona worked in this role until May 2014. Following that, Fiona joined McCann Worldgroup as a Regional Account Manager from June 2014 to March 2015. Fiona then moved to Emarsys, where they started as a Client Success Manager in September 2015. Fiona was eventually promoted to Senior Client Success Manager in January 2019 and most recently assumed the role of Client Success Team Lead, Greater China in February 2022.

Fiona Ho holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Marketing and International Business from The University of British Columbia.
