Donna Lupori has a strong background in the insurance industry, with over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles. Donna began their career at GMAC Insurance in 1998 as a Claims Manager, where they supervised a team and ensured compliance with company and statutory regulations. In 2003, they joined AIG/21St Century/Farmers Insurance Group as a Regional Claim Manager, where they oversaw claims operations in multiple states and worked with senior leaders on process improvement plans. From 2009 to 2012, Donna served as the Director of Claim Operations - Florida at AssuranceAmerica, where they managed the operations of the claims department and collaborated with other department heads to achieve business goals. Donna then joined Direct General Insurance as a Regional Casualty and Litigation Claim Manager, where they specialized in managing casualty and litigation claims. In 2013, they became the Central Region Claim Manager at The General®, where they continued to excel in claims management. Donna's expertise led their to Acceptance Insurance in 2015, where they assumed the role of Senior Casualty and Litigation Director, overseeing strategic aspects of claims handling.
