Matt Salzberg is an experienced entrepreneur and investor. Matt began their career in 2002 as a Manager and Board Member at Harvard Student Agencies. In 2004, they became a Private Equity Analyst at The Blackstone Group. In 2010, they were a Senior Associate at Bessemer Venture Partners. In 2011, they co-founded SelectMinds, a social job recruiting software and alumni social networks, which was acquired by Oracle. That same year, they founded and became Chairman and CEO of Blue Apron. In 2015, they became a Board Member and Co-Founder of Embark Vet. In 2018, they became Managing Partner at Material. In 2020, they became Chairman and Co-Founder of Suma Brands. Currently, they are Chairman and Co-Founder of Unlimited, a company using machine learning to create low-cost index replication ETFs for 2&20 style alternative investments like hedge funds, venture capital and private equity.
Matt Salzberg received their Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School in 2010. Prior to that, they received an A.B. summa cum laude in Economics from Harvard University in 2005.
