Noel Kelly

Noel Kelly has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Starting in 2001, Noel worked as the Director of Academic Collaborations at Genomics Collaborative, Inc., where they were responsible for identifying and negotiating contracts with research organizations. They then held various roles at Merck & Co., Inc., including Associate Director of Project Management and Manager of Medical Program Financial Specialists. In 2007, Noel joined Shire Pharmaceuticals as the Director of Global R&D Finance and Emerging Business Unit. They later worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb as the Director of Portfolio Operations and Resource Management. From 2011 to 2016, Noel served as the Executive Director of Worldwide Research & Development Business Operations at Pfizer. They then joined TESARO, Inc. as the Senior Director of Portfolio Operations before being acquired by GSK, where Noel worked as the Senior Director of Integrated Resource Management, Strategy & Portfolio Operations. In 2021, Noel joined Jazz Pharmaceuticals as the Senior Director of Project Management Lead, focusing on neuro and sleep projects. Most recently, Noel is currently serving as the Vice President of Project Management and Operations at EmbarkNeuro since April 2023.

Noel Kelly has a Bachelor's degree in Management and Marketing from The Wharton School. They also have a Master's degree in Bioethics from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. In addition, they completed the Managerial Leadership Core Program at Stanford University. However, no specific start or end years are provided for any of these educational experiences.
