Matt Herndon

Matt Herndon, CPA, is a financial advisory professional with a solid background in audit and research. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Embark since May 2022, Matt previously held positions at KPMG US as an Audit Associate and Audit Intern. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Sam Houston State University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Charleston. Matt’s earlier experience also encompasses roles as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant, as well as a Graduate Assistant with the Sam Houston State University Men’s Basketball program.
