Tarek Kashwaa

Tarek Kashwaa is a seasoned commercial diplomat with extensive experience in developing economic relations and international affairs. Currently serving as Commercial Counsellor at the Embassy of Egypt since March 2021, Tarek focuses on fostering economic ties between Egypt and Sudan. Previous roles include Head of the Minister’s Technical Office for International and Regional Affairs at the Ministry of Trade and Industry in Egypt, where responsibilities involved policy development and strategic oversight. Tarek has also held key positions at the Egyptian Embassy in Zambia and the Egyptian commercial office in India, successfully enhancing bilateral economic relationships. With a background in international relations since 2003, Tarek's expertise is reinforced by a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Mansoura University.
