Naveen K

Naveen K has extensive experience in the legal field, starting in 1997 as a Research Associate at the National Law School of India University. Naveen then worked as a Manager-Legal at Tata Steel Ltd, where they handled contract drafting, labor matters, and statutory compliance. Following this, Naveen served as a Sr. Lawyer at Manthan Software Services Ltd and a Legal Counsel at Avesthagen, focusing on patent law, contract drafting, and mergers and acquisitions. Naveen also worked as a Legal Advisor at the All India Payphone Welfare Association and as a Contracts Specialist at ADC (INDIA) Communications & Infotech Private Limited. In 2011, Naveen became a Manager-Contracts & EMEA Compliance at Wipro Limited, before assuming the role of Legal Head at Embassy Services in 2013. At Embassy Services, they were responsible for contract drafting, negotiation, and working on external commercial borrowings.

Naveen K attended the National Law School of India University from 1993 to 2000. Naveen completed a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Laws (Honors) degree with a specialization in law during their time at the university.
