Melissa Hiatt

Melissa Hiatt currently serves as the Director of Women’s Programming at EmBe since February 2023 and has been the President of Levav Leadership Consulting since March 2019, focusing on cultivating courageous cultures among leaders. Prior experience includes roles as Pediatric Chaplain at Sanford Health (September 2013 - February 2023), Chaplain and Talent Management Coordinator at Good Samaritan Society (June 2014 - August 2015), and various chaplaincy positions providing spiritual care in healthcare settings. Melissa was also a Pastor at Trinity Baptist Church of Sioux Falls from September 2005 to June 2012, and Director of Enrollment Services at Sioux Falls Seminary (July 1997 - September 2003). Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from Sioux Falls Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Religious Studies from the University of Sioux Falls.
