Shalee Pitman

Shalee Pitman is an experienced caregiver and childcare provider with a strong background in program management and staff development. Currently serving as a caregiver at Right at Home since June 2024 and as a Downtown Childcare Site Manager and Connections Coordinator at EmBe since September 2021, Shalee specializes in school-age care and behavior management. Previously, as the Mitchell Area Director at EmBe, Shalee contributed to empowering women and families through meaningful community programs. Shalee's prior experience includes serving as Program Manager at Abbott House Inc from January 2017 to November 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing operations, staff training, and crisis management, as well as working as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Med Aide at Prioricare from January 2013 to March 2017. Shalee holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from Colorado Technical University.
