Ketan D. Patel

Ketan D. Patel is a seasoned tax executive with extensive experience across several prominent organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Tax at embecta since April 2022, Ketan has previously held the same title at BD and has significant expertise in tax leadership roles at Honeywell, WABCO, and Trane division. Ketan's responsibilities have included managing global tax strategies for Fortune 100 companies, optimizing effective tax rates, and leading tax management through complex operational landscapes. Ketan’s career began at Ernst & Young LLP and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where Ketan led significant international tax projects. Ketan holds a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University School of Law, a Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida, and both a Master's and Bachelor's in Accounting from the University of Florida.
