Madeline Scheffler

Madeline Scheffler is currently the Senior Director of People and Talent at Ember Health. Prior to this, Madeline served as the Director of People at Lightyear Health and held various roles at On-Ramps, PS 532 New Bridges Elementary School, KIPP NYC, Uncommon Schools, and Teach For America. Madeline has a Master's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Hunter College and a Bachelor of Science in Theater Arts Education from Northwestern University. Throughout their career, Madeline has focused on recruiting, talent management, leadership coaching, and creating robust brand awareness campaigns to support the growth and development of various organizations.
