Bob McClelland

Bob is a veteran operator of high-touch, high-service businesses. He cut his teeth in the fast-paced car rental business in operations, management, and sales roles with Enterprise. Seeing the need for outsourced IT services and predicting sustained growth, Bob leaped into the Managed IT Services industry in 2007. In the early years, Bob focused on business development and sales, bringing on many of EMBER’s earliest clients and partners, including City of Phila, Phila School District, and DELL. Later, Bob became the company’s operational backbone, singlehandedly managing contracts, agreements, partnerships, finances, hiring, human resources, backend systems, and other company operations for more than a decade.
