Andy Smoak

Andy Smoak has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Andy began their career in 1998 as a Project Manager at Utility Support Systems. In 2000, they joined Level 3 (formerly Adelphia Business Solutions) as a Project Manager of Network Deployment. In 2003, they moved to EarthLink as a Product Manager of Wireless and a Project Manager of Major Projects. In 2005, they joined AT&T Mobility as an Assistant Vice President of Product, AT&T Emerging Enterprises, a Director of Product Management, and a Senior Marketing Manager. In 2013, they were appointed Head of Marketing at Aio Wireless, a no-contract wireless brand operating as a wholly owned subsidiary of AT&T. In 2014, they were promoted to Assistant Vice President of Product at Cricket Wireless, a division of AT&T Mobility, and Assistant Vice President of Product Marketing at AT&T. In 2018, they became Chief Product Officer at Emblem Solutions, where they lead all portfolio planning, product development, and engineering activities.

Andy Smoak attended Emory University - Goizueta Business School from 2002 to 2003, where they obtained an MBA in Business. Andy then attended Georgia Institute of Technology from 1993 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering.
