Caroline Still has had a wide range of work experience, beginning with their role as Field Practicum Researcher at Wings for Africa in 2011. In 2012, they began working for CMI as a Marketing Research Assistant, where they participated as a project team member and performed quality checks on project deliverables. From 2013 to 2020, they worked for AT&T in various roles, including Senior Product Marketing Manager - Accessories, Product Marketing Manager - Accessories, and Assistant Product Marketing Manager- Accessories. Most recently, they have been working as a Sr. Product Manager for Emblem Solutions since 2020.
Caroline Still received their Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management from Virginia Tech in 2013. Caroline then attended the Universita della Svizzera Italiana for a field of study in Marketing. In 2018, they obtained a Customer-Centric Mini MBA from Rutgers Business School Executive Education. In 2018, they also began their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Georgia Institute of Technology, which they completed in 2020. During their MBA, they also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the Georgia Institute of Technology Scheller College of Business in 2019.
