Laura A. Brenton has a long and varied work experience. Laura A. began their career in 1984 as a Registered Respiratory Therapist at the Henry Ford Health System, where they served in a staff position in critical care units and the emergency room, and ended as a Team Leader in Surgical Intensive Care and Respiratory Intensive Care units. In 2004, they moved to Boston Scientific Corporation, where they served as Clinical Director, Europe and Clinical Director, Interventional Cardiology. Laura A. then spent 2008 at Direct Flow Medical as Clinical Director, followed by a move to Symetis SA in 2009, where they held the roles of VP, Medical Affairs, Training & Education and VP, Clinical & Regulatory Affairs. In 2017, they joined Harpoon Medical, Inc. as Vice President, Clinical Affairs, and in 2018 they moved to JenaValve Technology, Inc. as VP, Clinical & International Market Development. Finally, in 2019 they joined Polares Medical, Inc. as Vice President, Clinical Affairs, and in 2022 they moved to Emboline, Inc. as Sr. Vice President, Clinical & Medical Affairs. In addition to their professional roles, they have been Aarre's Mom since 1996.
Laura A. Brenton attended Henry Ford College from 1981 to 1984, where they studied Respiratory Therapy and General Science. Laura A. then attended Wayne State University from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a BA in Laura A.'story of Art/French. Laura A. also pursued Graduate Laura A.'story Studies at Wayne State University from 1994 to 1995. Additionally, they hold two certifications: Registered Respiratory Therapist #35715 and Certified Clinical Research Associate #17466.
