Msed Traci Gibson

Traci Gibson, MSEd has a diverse work experience in the field of therapeutic and caregiving services. Traci is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Embracing Abilities, an agency that provides services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Traci is also a Founding Member of Embracing Together. Prior to this, Traci worked as a Developmental Therapist at Advanced Children's Therapy, PediPlay, and Easterseals Crossroads, where they focused on providing developmental therapy services to young children. Traci also served as a Health Information Specialist at Family Voices Indiana and as a LEND Family Trainee at Riley Children's Health. Additionally, Traci has experience as a Parent Support & Education Coordinator at Down Syndrome Indiana and as the President of Rise & Shine Cleaning, Inc.

Traci Gibson, MSEd, began their education journey in 2004 at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in General Studies in 2009. Afterward, they pursued further studies in the field of education and completed their Master of Science in Education (MSED) with a concentration in Special Education and an Early Childhood focus at the same institution from 2011 to 2013. In 2016-2017, Traci attended Ball State University, focusing on Applied Behavior Analysis and earning a degree in the same field.
