Traci Gibson

Traci Gibson, MSEd, is an accomplished leader in the field of developmental therapy and special education. Currently serving as the CEO and Founder of Embracing Abilities since September 2018, Traci oversees an Indiana waiver provider agency focused on therapeutic and caregiving services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Additionally, Traci is a Founding Member of Embracing Together, which aims to support families with similar challenges. Traci’s extensive experience includes developmental therapist positions with Advanced Children’s Therapy, PediPlay, and Easterseals Crossroads, where the focus was on early communication and socialization for children from birth to age three. Traci's educational background includes degrees in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis from Indiana University and Ball State University.
