Rodrigo Salgado

Rodrigo Salgado has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Rodrigo started their career as an intern at Ericsson, where they worked as a Project Manager for a year. Rodrigo then joined Schlumberger as a Junior Field Engineer before moving on to Embraer. At Embraer, Rodrigo held multiple positions, including Avionics Engineering Supervisor, Engineering Manager, and Senior Engineering Manager. Rodrigo was responsible for product development, certification, and project management for avionics systems in commercial jets. In their most recent role at Embraer, Rodrigo served as the Vice President of Quality, overseeing quality control and assurance for the company.

Rodrigo Salgado has an education history that includes a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Itajubá, which they completed from 1996 to 2001. Rodrigo then pursued a post-graduate degree in Business Administration from FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado from 2003 to 2004. Later, from 2007 to 2008, they completed an MBA in Project Management from FIA Business School. In 2017, Rodrigo attended Fundação Dom Cabral for a Leadership Development Program.
