Iriani Maldonade is a seasoned researcher with extensive experience in food science. Currently serving as a researcher at Embrapa since December 2008, Iriani has also held the position of postdoc researcher at London South Bank University from February 2011 to February 2012 and was an Adjunct Professor at Universidade Federal da Grande Dourados for the Faculdade de Engenharia de Alimentos in 2008. Iriani holds a PhD in Food Science from Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
