Todd A. Strother

Todd Strother serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at EMC Insurance Companies since June 2016, where responsibilities include oversight of Claims, Legal, Compliance, Government Relations, Governance, Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Audit, and Information Security. Previously, Todd held roles as Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer and Vice President General Counsel. Additionally, Todd is a member of the Operating Board of Directors at Orchard Place since September 2020. Todd's professional background includes tenure as a shareholder and associate attorney at Bradshaw, Fowler, Proctor & Fairgrave, P.C. from 1999 to June 2016. Todd holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Iowa College of Law, earned between 1992 and 1995, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Iowa, obtained from 1987 to 1991.
