Carlotta Siniscalco

Carlotta "Lotti" Siniscalco is a Partner at Emergence Capital since 2018, having also held roles as Principal and Senior Associate within the firm. Currently, Siniscalco serves as a Limited Partner at firedrop and holds various board positions, including Board Observer at Oyster® and Talent Hack, and Board Member at Whistic, Federato, and High Alpha. Siniscalco was a Board Observer for Convex from May 2020 to February 2022 and participated as a Kauffman Fellow from 2019 to 2022, engaging in an extensive apprenticeship focused on venture capital leadership. Prior experience includes a Principal role at Ribbit Capital and investments in companies such as Coalition and Vouch. Siniscalco holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School, along with an exchange program at HEC Paris.
