Beth Boles

Beth Boles has extensive experience in human resources and compensation. Beth started their career as a Human Resources Coordinator at Neiman Marcus in 1996 before moving on to Marakon Associates as a Recruiting Coordinator in 1997. In 2000, they became a Human Resources Generalist at Tauck World Discovery. From 2002 to 2006, Beth worked as a Compensation Analyst and Staffing Coordinator at GE Corporate Financial Services. Since 2006, they have been with EMCOR Group, Inc., where they have held various roles, including Director of HR Systems and Compensation. In this role, they have been responsible for managing HR systems, onboarding newly acquired companies, and administering various employee benefit plans, such as the Voluntary Deferral Plan and HSA Administration. Beth also has experience in compensation and benefits analysis, job evaluations, and salary planning.

Beth Boles obtained their Bachelor's degree in International Business with a focus on Strategic Planning from Bradley University. Beth attended the university from 1991 to 1996.
