Lori Schreiber, CPTD has a strong background in learning and development, with over 20 years of experience. Lori started their career as a Curriculum Manager at the University of Phoenix, where they worked for three years. Lori then moved to Arthur Andersen as a Senior Learning Consultant for two years before joining Thomson NETg as a Curriculum Plan Manager. At Thomson NETg, Lori worked for a year before transitioning to EMCOR, where they served as the Sr. Director of Workplace Learning. In this role, they established the Workplace Learning department as the primary employee development resource for all EMCOR operating companies. Lori collaborated with company leaders to implement an employee development program that aligned with EMCOR's strategic objectives and values. Lori also trained EMCOR leaders on creating a motivating and engaging environment for their employees.
Lori Schreiber, CPTD, has a Master's degree in Educational Technology from Arizona State University, which they obtained from 1996 to 1998. Lori also holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications & Psychology from Kansas State University, which they earned from 1990 to 1994. In addition, they have obtained the certification of Certified Professional in Talent Development from ATD CI - The ATD Certification Institute in April 2011.
