Silvia Gentile

Silvia Gentile currently serves as the Director of People & Culture at Rocket Lab USA, where responsibilities include overseeing human resources for SolAero, a leading manufacturer of highly efficient solar cells and panels for space applications. Silvia has been with EMCORE Corporation since September 2010 as the Manager of Human Resources, contributing to the company's advancements in high-efficiency Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) solar technology for both space and terrestrial applications. Silvia holds a certification as a Human Resources Professional from The University of New Mexico.
