Marie-Ange Noué, PhD, serves as the Senior Director and Head of North America Scientific Communications at EMD Serono, Inc., where responsibilities include overseeing six teams and implementing significant departmental restructuring that enhanced team engagement and efficiency. As the founder of the Leaders of Color Action Network, Marie-Ange initiated the first cross-sector diversity, equity, and inclusion movement at Merck KGaA, promoting representation and support for people of color in North America through various programs. Additional leadership roles include Chair of the Board of Directors for Pharmacovigilance & Medical Information Canada, Vice President of the Niabang Foundation, and President of the Global HIV Information System. With a solid educational foundation in Chemistry and Biochemistry, Marie-Ange has extensive experience in medical information and project management, having held multiple roles that contributed to advancements in pharmacovigilance and scientific communication in the pharmaceutical industry.
