Luke Grannis

Luke Grannis has worked in the field of interactive design and development since 2000. Luke'sfirst job was with uMember.com in 2000, followed by Celebrity Blvd in 2000, 789 Design in 2002, ad2 in 2004, Freelance in 2006, Saatchi & Saatchi LA in 2007, AssetAvenue in 2015, CyberU, Inc. in 2017, and Emerald Cloud Lab in 2021. At Saatchi & Saatchi LA, Luke was Technical Lead and Senior Interactive Developer, overseeing externally developed projects and educating producers about best practices. At AssetAvenue, Luke led the UI development of a curation tool and completed a product redesign and refactor to launch a live product within three months. At CyberU, they led a team of four FE developers in a site refactor to improve maintainability and extensibility of codebase. Currently, at Emerald Cloud Lab, they are driving the modernization of the ECL front-end codebase, initiating a transition to Typescript and unit testing, and leading the effort to modernize CSS patterns and organization.

Luke Grannis attended the University of California, Riverside from 1990 to 1994 and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History.
