Joe Capelotti

Joe Capelotti is a Broker Manager at Coastal Realty Services with extensive experience in the real estate industry. Joe has also served as Vice President of Sales and Property Management Director, managing a large portfolio of residential and commercial properties. In addition, Joe has held leadership roles in various organizations including President of Emerald Coast Association of REALTORS® and President Elect of the Association. Prior to their real estate career, Joe served in the United States Air Force as a Lead Production Superintendent/Flight Chief. Joe holds an Associate of Arts degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering.
