Kathleen Beam

Kathleen Beam is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Emerald Coast Association of REALTORS® since July 2021. Prior to this, Kathleen worked as an Associate Broker at ERA American Real Estate starting in January 2014. Kathleen also has experience as an Operating Account Finance Administrator at Okaloosa County Tax Collector from March 2012 to December 2013, and as a Credit Analyst at Farmers & Merchants Bank, AL from July 2009 to March 2012. Kathleen holds an MBA in Accounting and Business/Management from Jacksonville State University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of South Alabama.
