Daniel Corliss

Daniel Corliss, P.E., currently serves as the Assistant Director of Water Production at Emerald Coast Utilities Authority since June 2015, where responsibilities include assisting in the development and implementation of departmental goals and budget administration. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager and Professional Engineer at Fabre Engineering & Surveying, and as Principal Investigator/CAD Designer at Kenneth Horne and Associates, Inc., focusing on civil engineering projects from design to completion. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of South Alabama and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Pensacola Christian College, and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Administration at Arkansas State University. Additional experience includes early roles in maintenance and lifeguarding, as well as volunteer research work with the US Navy.
