Max Hefti

Max Hefti is an experienced investment director at Emerald Technology Ventures, focusing on emerging technologies for decarbonizing the energy, chemical, and power sectors. Previously, Max led a cross-functional team at Liver4Life, working on the development of a medical device and overseeing project management and regulatory strategies. Max also contributed to R&D at Wyss Zurich and held various roles at ETH Zurich, including postdoctoral and doctoral research, with a focus on process engineering, simulation, and optimization for carbon capture and hydrogen production.
