Jill Hickle

Jill Hickle has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jill currently holds the position of Operations Director at Emerald since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Operations, US Global Finance at Informa Connect from February 2020 to October 2022. From August 2012 to February 2020, they held the role of Senior Operations Manager at both Business Journals, Inc. and UBM plc. Before that, they served as the Director of Midwest Operations at Curiosity Works, Inc. from August 2006 to August 2012. Additionally, they worked as the Director of Operations at Show Insurance, Inc. from August 2006 to September 2009, and as the Operations Manager at Pfingsten Publishing from 2001 to 2006.

Jill Hickle attended Xavier University from 1995 to 1997 but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. Jill has also obtained various certifications in areas such as building business relationships, change management, customer service leadership, diversity and inclusion, and project management.
