Marcelina Sobczak

Marcelina Sobczak began their work experience as a Business Development Intern at Building Energy S.p.A. from January 2016 to June 2016. Marcelina then continued to work at the same company as a Business Development Analyst from November 2016 to March 2018. After that, they joined Building Energy S.p.A. again as a Financial Analyst & Controller LATAM from March 2018 to June 2020. Following that, they worked at Canadian Solar Inc. as a Sr. Business Development Analyst EMEA from July 2020 to May 2021 and later as a Sr. Financial Analyst EMEA from May 2021 to March 2022. Marcelina then joined Emeren as a Sr. Financial Associate from March 2022 to June 2022, and eventually became the Chief Financial Officer from June 2022 to January 2023. Currently, they are working as the CFO Italy at Emeren Group since January 2023.

Marcelina Sobczak holds a Master's degree in Global Management from The University of Queensland, which they obtained from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science in International Management at Università Bocconi from 2014 to 2016. In 2013, Marcelina participated in an exchange program at San Diego State University, focusing on Business Administration and Management. Marcelina holds a Bachelor's degree in International Economics, Management, and Finance from Università Bocconi, which they earned from 2011 to 2014. Marcelina has also attended Liceo Scientifico Jacopone da Todi and the Polish School at the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Rome from 2006 to 2011.
