Ron Galaev is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and operational roles within innovative technology and healthcare organizations. Currently serving as the CEO of EmergConnect since August 2020, Ron is focused on transforming emergency care in Canada through the use of advanced AI and machine learning to enhance patient outcomes and hospital efficiency. Prior to this role, Ron held various positions, including Business Development and Marketing Coordinator at Veer AI and Operations Manager at Zizzlelab, where responsibilities ranged from strategic marketing initiatives to daily operational management. Ron's early career included internships at Mobile Climate Control, progressing from Accounts Management Intern to Accounts Management and Strategic Sourcing Intern, underscoring a strong foundation in business transactions and customer relations.
