Amanda Nolen

Amanda Nolen is a Co-founder of NilesNolen, a bespoke agency focusing on skilling strategy and learning transformations for global organizations since September 2018. Nolen also serves as a Strategic Advisor at 360 Capital, a venture capital firm targeting early-stage climate tech investments, and at RunYourself, an AI-powered platform aimed at developing management coaching skills. Additionally, Nolen is a Mentor at Transcend Network, a Board Observer at Filtered, and a Co-Founder of ElleCap.org, a network for women investors in education. Nolen holds the position of Venture Partner and LP at Emerge Education and is a Faculty Member at IE Business School, while also serving as an Author and Online Instructor for LinkedIn Learning. Prior experience includes providing mentorship to startups in the IMPACT EdTech program. Nolen earned a BA in English with a minor in Spanish and Sociology from Indiana University Bloomington.
