Leslie Hernandez

Leslie Hernandez is an experienced Program Manager at EMERGE, serving since August 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a Financial Aid College Advisor with the Houston Independent School District from February to July 2022. From August 2019 to July 2021, Leslie worked with Jolt Action as a Climate and Redistricting Organizer and also served as a Census Organizer & GOTV Training Specialist at Jolt Initiative during the same period, focusing on community outreach to raise awareness around the 2020 census in Latinx neighborhoods.
