Randy Karel

Randy Karel has a strong background in engineering and program management. Randy began their career in 1992 as a Branch Manager at Brink's Incorporated and worked there until 2000. Randy then joined Johnson Controls Inc as an Advance Quality Engineer, where they stayed until 2007. In 2006, Randy joined Gentex Corporation as an Engineering Manager for Prototype/Preproduction, a role they held until 2009. Randy then became a Concurrent Engineering Manager at Gentex Corporation from 2010 to 2014. Randy joined SoundOff Signal in 2014 as a Program Manager and has since held various roles including Director of Program Management, Senior Director of Launch Engineering and OEM SBU, Vice President of Product Development and Program Management, and Vice President of Product Development. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Business Development at SoundOff Signal.
