Liz Schmidt

Liz Schmidt currently serves as the Executive Director at Women Offshore, focusing on strategic initiatives aligned with the nonprofit's maritime mission. In addition, Schmidt is the Director of Operations at Shipyard Supply USA, overseeing custom yacht equipment operations and various business functions. As a consultant with Aboveboard Consulting LLC, Schmidt aids nonprofits and businesses in optimizing their operations through strategic planning and marketing. Schmidt also contributes as a Course Instructor at Emergency University and an Instructional Facilitator for MasteryPrep. With extensive experience in marine services as a board member at S2 Marine Services, former Dock Master at Freedom Boat Club, and roles in other marine-related positions, Schmidt brings a wealth of knowledge to the maritime industry. Schmidt's educational background includes a Merchant Mariner Credential in Maritime Studies from SeaSchool and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Environmental Studies and Communication from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
