Eva Manole serves as Managing Director for Emergenetics Canada Inc. since September 2023, focusing on enhancing organizational performance through cognitive diversity. In addition, Eva Manole offers leadership coaching at BetterUp, working with a diverse range of clients, including Fortune 500 companies. As the Principal of Eva Manole Coaching & Consulting, Eva Manole specializes in leadership coaching, organizational effectiveness strategy, and talent management. Previous roles include Director of Organizational Development at Fullscript, Learning and Development Manager at Newmont Goldcorp Corporation, and Regional Manager of Leadership and Development at Canadian Tire Corporation. Eva Manole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from McGill University, a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School, an Executive Coaching certification from Royal Roads University, and an MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
