Jill Almond currently serves as the Organizational Development Manager at Saint Francis Health System since 2017 and has also held the position of Manager in the Department of Education-Leadership and Professional Development. In addition, Jill has been an Advanced Certified Associate and Certified Associate for Emergenetics International since November 2014. Previous roles include Manager of Customer Service and Quality Improvement and Organizational Development & Wellness Manager at the Tulsa Health Department, along with various positions at the YMCA NSW, culminating as Executive Director of the Thornton Family YMCA. Jill holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Dynamics and a Project Management Certificate from the University of Oklahoma, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Music from Oklahoma State University.
